Now I don’t know if this will prove true, but today Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back finally opens. Does this mean that I’ll stop talking about it finally? Probably not knowing me.
It will be interesting to see how the movie does against the competition that is out there. Now, I’m not actually talking about the other films opening. Why not? Because almost all the competition looks like crap. First and foremost is Bubble Boy. This looks like a one joke premise that they are dragging out for an entire movie (hold the comparisons to my life to yourselves). This is a movie that I may not even watch if my life depended on it. I bet it won’t even break a
million this weekend.
If you guys think that you are tired of hearing me talk about Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, feel for my poor wife. She has been putting up with this obsession for half the time of forever now and I’m sure she’s ready to try to suffocate me with any of my View Askew DVD’s in my sleep. I wouldn’t blame her. I wonder how many times I’m going to make her go see the movie this weekend?
