I should have been resting today, no exercising. Instead I woke bright and early (thank you birds) and started the day with a workout. Not a bad way to start the day really.
Again, not a lot to say. Had a great time at Family Game Night last night, wish I hadn’t had quite so much of the spaghettie and garlic bread… but it was sooooo good! I also didn’t eat as much as I usually do during the day so I think I had some calories banked and ready to use. Skipped the cake dessert to try to compensate as well. Really cleaned up on calories burned so here’s hoping I offset things enough.
My lovely wife is going to be joining me for a side-by-side workout tomorrow. I really hope that it goes well because I’d love to do this more often with her. I only wish we had a larger room to be doing our exercise in (is this starting to sound dirty to anyone else?).
